What to expect at your pedicure

A pedicure here is paced for comfort, not for a timer — the same seated, unhurried care our Nichols Hills, Quail Creek and Village clients have trusted for nearly 30 years.

Plan on about 45 minutes for a spa pedicure, an hour for deluxe, and extra unhurried time for Gentle Care.

  1. Step 1

    Warm soak and seated comfort

You settle into a pedicure chair with a warm soak. Tell us about sore spots, sensitivity or balance concerns first — we adjust everything from there.

  2. Step 2

Nail shaping and gentle callus care

Toenails are trimmed and shaped, cuticles softened, and rough heels smoothed gradually. We never over-file or use anything harsh on thin or diabetic skin.

  3. Step 3

    Exfoliation and leg massage

A scrub and warm lotion massage from foot to calf. This is the part clients say helps swollen, tired legs the most.

  4. Step 4

    Polish and a steady finish

Classic polish or gel, applied with a steady hand and dried fully before you stand up. We'll help with shoes if that makes leaving easier.

Pedicure questions, answered

How long does a pedicure take?

A spa pedicure runs about 45 minutes, a deluxe pedicure about an hour with extra soak, scrub and massage, and our Gentle Care Pedicure is paced slower for comfort rather than to a clock.

Do you offer gentle pedicures for elderly or diabetic clients in Oklahoma City?

Yes. Our Gentle Care Pedicure is built for mature clients and sensitive, diabetic or hard-to-reach feet — a lower-heat soak, no aggressive callus work, sanitized tools and as much time as you need to get in and out of the chair safely.

How do you sanitize pedicure tools and bowls?

Bowls are cleaned and disinfected between every client, metal implements are fully sterilized, and files and buffers used on skin are single-use. Nearly 30 years in The Shoppes At North Park is built on that standard.

What does a pedicure cost?

Pricing depends on the pedicure and any add-ons like callus treatment, paraffin or gel polish. Call (405) 755-4895 and we'll give you a clear price range before you book.

Can I get a manicure and pedicure at the same visit?

Yes — a manicure and pedicure together is our most-requested combination. Mention it when you request an appointment so we can schedule enough time and, when possible, seat you with the technician you know.

Where do you serve, and is the salon easy to get into?

We're inside The Shoppes At North Park at 12200 N. May Ave, serving Nichols Hills, Quail Creek, The Village, Casady and north Oklahoma City. Parking is free, the walk is flat, and there are no stairs to reach us.
